Congratulations to Shannon and Jacob, who got hitched at Seattle’s St. Benedict Catholic Church, and had their reception at the fantastic Museum of Flight. What a fun wedding. I had a blast on the dance floor, which was good thing, after 14 hours of wedding coverage I needed to get a little loose…Here’s the photos…
Caitlin and Josh met up with me over in West Seattle for their engagement photos. Alki is popular spot and this session turned out a lot different than the last one I shot there. We screwed around a lot and had some laughs but luckily I managed to get a couple of nice photos

I had a blast hanging out with Amy and Brad on their wedding day. They tied the knot at Fauntleroy Church over in West Seattle. Their reception at Salty’s had great food and a very active dance floor, coupled with a slick view of downtown Seattle. Enjoy the photos….

Cassidy and Kenye got married on New Years eve at the Lake Union Cafe. I must say, restaurants are getting more and more popular as wedding venues and this one is fantastic. The atmosphere is low key and elegant. The lights look beautiful, especially when they go out of focus in the background.
Though a New Year’s wedding is obviously a lot of fun, this was one time I was glad I got out a little early . I was able to make it to a couple parties afterwards, and phew, I’m exhausted….

I had a great time on Sunday shooting Amanda and Corey’s wedding. They were both great to work with, reminding me of why I love being a wedding photographer . Their ceremony and reception took place at the Edgewater Hotel, a slick venue just north of downtown Seattle. During the ceremony, the sun was setting creating what was simultaneously one of the most challenging and beautiful lighting situations I have had the pleasure of working in. It was a long night but in the end I found the results to be beautiful…
Lauren and John are having their wedding in December, so we took advantage of the remining sunshine to take some engagment pictures. We first took a stroll around the Seattle center, getting some nice photographs. Next we headed down to Golden Gardens and caught the sunset. I’m looking forward to their wedding….
