Long time, no post…

Hi Everyone,

I wanted to apologize for the recent delay with posting. I’ve had my work cut out for me with my new portfolio site going up, and I’m working on rehashing the blog as well. New posts will have to wait for me to redesign some Photoshop stuff to get my new look on here. also, look for me here: PhotoLinks - The Photography Network Thanks for the patience and I’ll see you back soon!

Tina and Brandon | Wedding Photography | Orting

Tina and Brandon tied the knot, and it was a wonderful occasion. The weather was slightly overcast, which brides don’t generally like, but photographers love! It makes the lighting so nice and soft, and the photography is more flattering that way. Have a peek at the photos:

Punit and Pardeep | Indian Wedding Photography | Renton

I was excited to be able to photograph the union of Punit and Pardeep in holy matrimony. Indian weddings are truly amazing, beautiful occasions. The Renton Sikh temple, the Gurudwara Singh Sabha of Washington was filled with beautiful color and details. Have a look at the photos:

Thanks to Integritas Photo, with whom I shot the wedding.

Jenna and Lou | Wedding Photography Slideshow

Alright, here’s the slideshow for Jenna and Lou’s wedding. In response to some feedback from others, I’ve decided to pick fewer images and show them for longer to make them easier to see. Hope you all enjoy it!

Lindsey and Andrew | Wedding Photography Slideshow

I am happy to have added a new piece of software which will allow me to include slideshows on the blog. Most likely I will only be able to do this every once in a while, but I’m posting the show from Lindsey and Andrew’s wedding and in a couple of days I’ll get the one from Jenna and Lou’s wedding up. Enjoy!

Jenna and Lou | Wedding Photography | Bellingham

As the father of the groom put it, “the second part of a double header”. Jenna and Lou were really fun, and clearly deeply in love. Enjoy the photos:

For this picture, I placed the cuff links on a glass table. A window from behind reflected off of the glass, creating a lovely natural vignette. Aside from a black and white conversion, almost no photoshopping was done to this image:

I used a wide angle lens for the groom and best man shot to make them look big:
